This medication is called Pepcid, or the generic name “Famotidine” which is an H2-receptor antagonist used to reduce gastric acid and decrease stomach and intestinal upset. This medication is given once a day. If after using this medication and your dog continues to vomit, is not eating, lethargic and sick, please go to your veterinarian.
